Challenge:
Develop a cutting-edge platform to be used by Executive Network's service staff as their primary tool for customer information and "matching" research. The platform is intended to streamline EN's relationship workflow, which is currently a highly manual process involving multiple platforms (Salesforce, Regonline, Outlook).
Response:
We developed a bi-directional interface to sync client data and business intelligence from EN's Salesforce account and a series of highly customized, role-based, views that allow their staff to monitor and respond to their client's current activities and needs. Out of curiosity, how many users are registered within your Elgg site? I'm researching scalability of the Elgg software for my organization and would be interested to know how many are active on your network!
I missed the notification for this Alexandra. Executive Network's has about 5k members, although we run much larger Elgg sites with tens of thousands of members. The bottleneck for scalability tends to be infrastructure and not the Elgg platform. We offer managed hosting via our sister company, ArckCloud, that has plans specifically optimized for Elgg.
