actually i'm using elgg for final year project. so in my project i have to make a security systems such as cctv systems and alarm systems in the residential area. as you know this systems have an application but i want to insert into elgg. can you help me?

That's a little bit difficult. If you want to give an specific user an specific camera you could make a plugin and based on the userid, show a specific streaming.
