thks,i used the above url and am able to authenticate to ldap auth , the new users  are successfully authenticating the ldap servers but they are not auto created after succesfully login.I have to create the users in elgg ,once created they can successfully authenticate to ldap.I have enable autocreate ,but even then they are not auto created

If I disabled the create user setting the alert starts with: "Your credentials are valid, but no account was found..."

If I enabled the create user setting the alert starts with: "we could not login,please check username and password"
