I disabled the e-mail notification plug-in for new users. Now, when the newcomer registers, elgg displays a pop-up that the process was a success but when he tries to enter the site, the login page just refreshes itself!
Also, when I enter the siet as an admin, the user doesn't get listed at all in order to delete/modify!
