Hi,I looked at the admin manual, it tells us how to add a theme and plugin, yet I can't see them to add them. I have the sandbox theme, but there is nothing else there to install the themes. Is it because of the upgrade? I went and changed the...

  Have you seen http://docs.elgg.org/wiki/Configuration/Plugins already and done what it says? Can you be more specific about what you're doing/seeing? (screenshots and urls help)
