Users can add 3 widgets and no more. They have 3 widgets max on their dashboard. Strange no?
That first error is not generated by Elgg core or any of its bundled plugins. Disable all 3rd party plugins and try again to see if that clears up the problem.
I found the problem : It's the "antispam" fonction of iZap Elgg Bridge. If I turn it on, users can't do a thing !
