I had a very quick look. This fixes the problem for me - put it at the very end of "mod/aalborg_theme/default/aalborg_them/css.php" (after all the code on the page)

The "Powered by Elgg" link is part of the footer menu

here is plugin simply download and give name whatever you want ,its for 1.8 but will work on latest elgg version too :)
