users_entity in case that is not crystal clear. Makes sense does it not?

Usually this means that you have a bad PHP file with characters before the initial

<?php

or after the final

?>

These characters get mixed in with the image data and corrupt the data.

You could also check your file permissions in case these have changed.

If you have increased your default jquery version to something above 1.4 you can simply add a 

$('.messages_error').delay(30000).fadeOut();

which will delay the fade out for 30 seconds.

@rohonupe99 What theme are you using? I believe you are using one of my themes, such parameters are set on the index.php

@ Dhrup it's the same thing that amir posted, accept it's located on the index.php page of my theme. you change it the same way as you would in the fix that amir posted. @ rjcalifornia, yes, i'm using your theme, and thank you for responding!
