Red5 installation depends on the server OS you have. You will need a dedicated server or VPS to install Red5. For Windows and OSX there are installers. For linux there are tutorials depending on flavour.
Latest Red5 can be downloaded for free from http://code.google.com/p/red5/ . It includes binary auto installers and also java source. There are various online tutorials for setting up red5 on multiple linux flavors like for Centos , Ubuntu .
Then you just need to deploy the VideoWhisper rtmp side .
Optionally, get a free RTMFP address by registering with Adobe Cirrus to enable P2P.
