The settings file is in engine/settings.php
Probably best to just delete it and then answer the questions again when you re-visit the main URL.
I'm getting this same error now after FTPing a new start.php file to a mod/plugin. Everything was working fine moments ago. ?
(edit) ...since posting i've checked mySQL database on the server side and the aforementioned settings.php and everything is as it should be...to my knowledge. Grrrr!

used Cpanel on the server side to 'repair DB' ...what a wonderful program. Looks like my guitar is gonna gather more dust.
