thanks, i installed some plugins to create a photo album. I have already removed them and deactived them via the database, but I still receive the fatal error notification. And I looked up where the error log should be (http://docs.elgg.org/wiki/Server_error_log) but I don't find any file named apache2, var or log on my server...
