Yes, Rohit, the site url and api can be build into the apk and let you shared the apk with your user. The problem with this way is those app will not get the new update from google play store. I will try to find another easier way to handle it.... view reply

No, all you need is the to replace the web_services in the mod folder from the project. The apiadmin and tidypics is the only other two plugin that is require. You can copy those two folder or get it from the plugin from the elgg... view reply

  What I can suggest is. Why not share the source code on github with instruction of where to edit the site url and public key and how to build the apk file. This way if you commit any changes in your github repository the admins can pull those changes and rebuild their apk.
