I checked it in mozilla, Chrome and IE 7, When i Click "Report this", it loads for a minute and in the end shows a blank page in mozilla and page not found in IE.
Do you have javascript disabled or filtered somehow? These links use Javascript to pass the URL along. There are probably better ways do this this....
me don't have that kind of problem. I do agree with Brett. your browser enable java in local, not internet
