It's never been a feature of content subscriptions to send a notification to the discussion owner because I thought Elgg would do this by default. I've quickly looked into this and found out that this is not the case.
This is true but not for discussion topics. I've tried it and got no notifications. Likes, messages, blog comments all work except for discussion topics.
And with this plugin disabled the owner does get notifications?
Users who commented on a topic are notified except the topic creator. I have all cron enabled. Maybe a bug?
Content owners get notified by default (Elgg core) this plugin doesn't change that (or it shouldn't).
I guess once you export translations the plugin doesn't show them anymore from json files, does it? It supposes you upload each downloaded language file to its plugin's language folder, right?
No the languages still...
Following this discussion I just found out that, even if my translation do not contain any " \ " , Translation Editor adds them for some reason, maybe when typing " ' " which are quite needed in italian...
where did you see that you shouldn't use elgg_get_config()? because i see we should https://github.com/Elgg/Elgg/blob/4ecf1306b404372b31d5532d13ee397a8c4abd37/engine/lib/configuration.php#L6-L8 view reply
