I have seen various references to a mass mailing plugin for Elgg, but when I search for it or click on links in other places I get a "No results found" message. Does the plugin still exist or is there some other way to send out email to site users...

  It's been pulled down by the author. I'm sure a new one will be written soon since there is a need for it.
