EASY:Just reinstall elgg and move the mods you want to save outside the root directory with file manager and save any other data outside root dir then install and put the files in the dir after.Complicated:you need to got to phpmyadmin if you have itthen find elgg_user_entitiesthere you will find hash and saltcreate a new account with the username and password you know, copy hash and salt from that row and replace the admin row hash and salt with that row
