Hi, first post so apologies if this isn't the right place or this is a stupid question. I've searched on here, github and google but I can't seem to see a version of event_calendar which will work with Elgg 1.9 and...

  This should work on Elgg 1.9: https://github.com/juho-jaakkola/elgg-event_calendar
  Also take a look at the combination of these two:
  https://github.com/arckinteractive/events_api
  https://github.com/arckinteractive/events_ui
  They are technically a bit more sophisticated than event_calendar.
