What hosting are you using? I think you need to contact your hosting support to solve this. I tried going to your site but it never loads.

hey you are getting an error in the folder /engine/handlers/action_handler.php this shows that you either deleted/renamed the folder engine or handlers or action handler.php .. SO CHECK THOSE FILES ONCE AGAIN AND CONFIRM THAT THEY ARE PERFECT. SET THE FILE PERMISSIONS TO 777.
upgrade your elgg by upgrade.php
and if you still have the problem , re install the elgg ..
