You could try to use the Database Validator Plugin to check for errors in your datase:

This plugin might be able to fix the errors (it worked for some people while others were less lucky). You can first just validate your database to see if there are any errors shown at all. If yes, you can the plugin let repair them (after you created a backup of your database first!).
