The bundled externalpages plugin allows you to set up an "About" page. You can set it up in the admin section of your site. The link is visible in the footer of every page then - also on the login / register page.

i see, i thought arvixe was good support so far there support is not good i am very disapointed, had a 500 server error 2 days no fix just a responce saying they will speed up the ticket i am thinking a2 hosting or hostgator? maybe because i am new to arvixe? might be just me or ?
