Have a look at the Translation Editor plugin https://elgg.org/plugins/385116. You can search for words and then easily replace it with something else.
other thing....i am looking for a develop a simple plugin to make forms for a proyect...i already tried "forms" from Jerome Bakker, but only add one option...i need at least 10 and other posibilities of answer like multiple options, long text, true or false
What are you missing? You can add multiple questions of various kinds (checkbox, simple text, longtext, radio, selects). And with the for example the checkboxes you can add as many options as you want.
You can even have conditional question, based upon the answer of another question.
