@Dhrup I definitely wasn't banned from FKKids :) and I can't reach your site from Hungary. 403 forbidden. You might need to revisit your .htaccess rules. view reply

I'd personally use if (elgg_instanceof($entity, $type, $subtype, $class)) {...} else {...} instead of if ($entity) {...} else {...} but that may as well be an overkill.

@Matt the idea of the current Roles implementation is that there should be the least possible amount of explicit roles and permission check in 3rd party code. What you suggest would mean that all plugins should be developed with implicit role checks... view reply
