I changed that bug above but could not find where to change the owner of the groups. Is there any howto about changing ownership? Flexgroupprofile is activated.

If you edit a group when flexgroupprofile is activated, there is a field to change the owner.
ah, thanks, my fault. folder was on top of the list. after pushing it down it shows up that function : )
