The music player album pluggin is not disabled. only the new album creation is disabled. you can see an album already created at tools>musicalbum>all site albums

And now you can play musics in your profiles too...cool

Please check your HTML code after you insert the file, probably its a problem with tags. Maybe you would want to try using a tinymce plugin.
