upload_users

For some reason, this (essential, IMO!) plugin is very hard to find. I had to ask about it, too.

I was helpfully pointed to the Elgg Upload Users plugin.

For some reason that I'm not aware of, it isn't among the plugins available on this site. However, a trail to finding the current one can be found in the comment activity on a defunct version.
