Thanks iionly , but I'm giving up the elgg, I m trying to install four days and I can not.

Where from: Page not found or this:

500 Internal Server Error

Possible reasons:
1. Bad .htaccess file - you must remove .htaccess file until you find and solve YOUR errors.

2. MySQL database server is restarting. Wait few minutes and, if error persists, contact us. Be sure that you don't have a bad .htaccess file somewhere!!

I'm giving up the elgg.

Like I said - Elgg is not meant to run on free servers.

eu, I had the same problem and finally is ok.

in The site URL put:

http://mysite.orgfree.com/elgg/

The full path to your site root on your disk, Followed by the trailing slash:
/home/vhost/mysite.orgfree.com/elgg/

and then:

/home/vhost/mysite.orgfree.com/elggdata/

or whatever you named it.
