@greybeard I already told you that it works on my test server using your lagnuage file of Tidypics. Now it seems it also works for others on your site. So, it's very unlikely a problem of Elgg or any plugins. It's also unlikely to be a problem of the server if it works for others. Most likely it's a problem of the encoding to be used by the browser. I already suggested this to you in the message I wrote to you. You might check if it works using a different browser or at least check what the encoding is that is configured in your browser. You have to set it to UTF8.
Encoding in the browser changed, get worse incorrectly displays the entire page and not just pop up. Sent you a test login and password please visit the website.
Tested on three browsers edentichny result. Firefox, Chrome, Explorer.
