  Your settings are correct, I don't see a problem with it. Could it be that the database is under maintenance or something?

  Remove all that curly brackets from the settings value and check it again. i.e change
  $CONFIG->dbuser = '{{web234-hosp4hom}}';
  to
  $CONFIG->dbuser = 'web234-hosp4hom';

Hi there I am unable to change the password by clicking settings. I keep getting the error, THE CURRENT PASSWORD IS INCORRECT i have disabled most of the plugins and still not working. Any ideas. Paul
