There is some plugins that look to be outdated but what I was looking for was some ways to make the wire be able to upload pics and have all the stuff Facebook has or even twitter like things pic uploads use emojis and use the gifs ppl post I think...

  We don't use CKeditor in our products but use TinyMCE.
  Anyway developming with any visual editor is the same.
  We made what you're asking as a feature for our River product.
  Just replace in the form of adding/editing TheWire
  mod\thewire\views\default\forms\thewire\add.php
  post input from 'input/plaintext' on 'input/longtext'
