I have noticed in the address bar of elgg sites that it often says something like elgg.org/pg/blahblah... I was just wondering where does the /pg come from? Thanks

  Stands for page. It is used by the Elgg page handler. It is removed in Elgg 1.8.

Like I said, the passwords are encrypted within the database. I think it would be very unlikely to find out the actual password a user chose. view reply

The passwords are encrypted within the database - you cannot see what passwords users have chosen. I think you can change a users password in the edit user settings. view reply

Hi, Is there a plugin or tutorial that can disable all RSS feeds throughout the entire site? This is for a private site, so having an RSS feed isn't something that would work too well for this project. Thanks in advance.

  Joker, you can base your modifications on code of this plugin - it implements a few customizations for topbar. Another option is this plugin.
