/usr/bin/curl http://thelocalonline.net/cron/fiveminute/ 

Thank you for the reply, I tried the command and it spat a "406" error. So I added the "-A" switch to the command and now it seems to be working.

So the command I used was:

/usr/bin/curl -A "Mozilla/4.0" http://thelocalonline.net/cron/fiveminute/
