Dear Afghan, I am using elgg 1.8.6, Version I tried to install this theme but getting error
This plugin has unmet dependencies and cannot be activated. Check dependencies under more info.
PLEASE help me, I love facebook and cool theme but they also do not work good on 1.8.6, Version :(

Ive seen this on a few themes that I have uploaded to /elgg/mod and it seems to be down to a version conflict between the theme version (that it was written for) and the actual Elgg version.
This is another that I got:

Ive also seen this when it wants to have "custom index 1.8" either deactivated or moved down. Also be aware if changing folder names after downloading the theme/plugin and then copying to the /elgg/mod folder as the start.php might get unhappy about the path it expects to access
