It's a Social login plugin for elgg 1.8, as it's a modified version of elgg social login the previews version had powered by label and you won't see it in this one. Have fun
To change the text do the followings
Login to Cpanel or any FTP account
Go to Installed elgg directory\mod\elgg_social_login\views\default\elgg_social_login
and edit login.php type anything instead this line Signup Problem? <a href="http://oneafghan.com/register" target="_blank">Call now 0783 804960</a>
