You mean the box below the site menu used by the Users online plugin? I don't know if it would make any sense to use that in the Lastlogin plugin? What to display there? All offline users? This would be most likely a very large number and it would also not be of much help in most situations as the offline users list wouldn't change with any high rate (as opposed to the list of online users). And a single offline user can only be displayed on pages owned by a user (like the profile pages). So, sorry but I don't think I will add such a widget. But it's not too hard to add it on your own (if you know what you want to get displayed in the first place). Just look at the code of the Lastlogin and Users Online plugins.
