Hides the "Member" item in More menu. Also choose if the members url is restricted or not.

This plugin unregister the menu item "members"
Since version 1.3 you can select between two options:
Visible only for Administrators
Visible for all users
In both cases the 'members' menu item is hidden for non logged in users.
You can specify a restriction for /members url related to the visibility of members menu.
