to use this plugin with facebook_theme, you only need to make a change in this plugin:
/mod/logo_changer/start.php
to
you can change the logo size
check this line
change width and height, according to your need :)
Thaks imoni. I was doing the logo and link changes manualy, everytime I upgrade. But no more. :)
you are welcome
Purus I used .png file because the graphics are better in .png than in .gif
if you want to change it to .gif again, go to start.php and change .png to .gif
Be careful with .png files. Quite often Internet Explorer renders them differently to what they should look like. .gif renders across all browsers safely.
I also prefer .gif files. I had modified the code to have it as gif.
IE and PNG transparency ;-) ? Intresting post http://www.howtocreate.co.uk/alpha.html
Thanks @imoni. It works perfect. Any plan of "email contact importer" for "friends invite" by you or any other developer?
@Trajan, Purus and DhrupDeScoop sorry I was not aware of that, in next release I will try to find better format or will do something to handel .png in IE in a better way.

I am using this one, only change extend_view to elgg_extend_view
Its fine. Leave the code as it is. The users can modify the extension that they wish to use in the start.php.
hmmm oki
it does not work with purity theme
@waleed you need to see how purity theme register topbar logo. and unregister in it. well I will look and tell you how to do it.
@waleed
1- this plugin is to change logo from the topbar
2- purity theme have its own default override logo which can be replaced in /mod/graphics/logo.png
my suggestion is: better to say to users how to edit site logo manually then to give them a plugin with 3 files.
it's very simple to edit site logo, just delet the original site logo from "_graphics" folder, and upload your personnel logo to this folder, and rename it as "elgg_toolbar_logo.png", and use upgrade.php.
@paixland this is for those who don't want to change the core and this will also change the url

Are people really still concerned with IE png transparency? That was fixed in IE7
This worked for me.
i tried this as stated, on my test site and it didnt work for me.I am using v1.8.1....i made a logo.png and saved in _graphics folder.
what else should I do?
ok..it works !
i tried it on my test site on localhost and it worked, but the live site doesnt not show my new .png logo. please advice
I keep adding my logo and renaming it logo but it goes away and the old logo is back, I am using the purity theme also.
c'è la possibilità di cambiare il posizionamento del logo? grazie in anticipo
risolto grazie comunque
