elgg 1.8.0.1 complete with lang files approx 73% complete (most of user interface is translated) and including default RTL theme 

This is not a plugin, rather the full elgg package with lang files and extra RTL theme.

If you already have elgg set up, add the rtl18_theme to your mod directory.

If you have elgg set up and want to add Hebrew, copy the he lang files to the relevant directories.

 Does not like ie7 (havent had chance to check ie8 or 9)
