Facebook sharing and Like button

Enables to have the famous Facebook "Like" button in the ELGG posts. The users can "like", "recommend" and "send" the link to their friends being in the ELGG site itself.
The "like" button will be displayed on top of the body. If there are any comments in the page, the "like" will be dispalyed in the bottom also.
