user is banned on friend list, any idea ?

Thanks for the plugin update. The icon bar for smiles,delete,message etc does not show on chat box as in the pix you uploaded and how do i remove "powered by codologic"?

@Dave: The powered links are not allowed to be removed, it stated on the terms of use. 

I can not install because:

there is no Engine directory so therefore no setting.php file so now what?

adding the directory and settings.php didn't help

I've removed the comment by @dinesh_solid for telling people how to get around licensing restrictions.

This plugin is listed as being GPL but the GPL dies not allow additional restrictions such as this one about attribution. Something is wrong here and it needs to be fixed, else this plugin is at risk of being taken down.

Don't turn this "open" community into a dictatorship. Why remove information that users contribute? Let the information be so that others can decide for themselves what to do with it. 

this plugin contains a php 'virus' according to avast scanner. (its just about the only alert avast has put out on my system).

i dont think he is turning it into a dictatorship, i think he is just following the rules.  But the plugin itself doesnt contain the restriction, the use of the third party software in to plugin does.  So does that apply?

Is an update to Freichat V8.1 to be expected? It has some more features that I want.

Tried to integrate into your Elgg Freichat, and got the admin panel working, but it won't start.

Any response appreciated.

Mine seems to be working fine except that I can't see avatars...not even the default. Is there a way to set it to show the users avatar?

@HTD : the freichat vendor library doesn't support syncing of user profile icons. When we have some free time, we will look into it.

Sound is disabled in my backend but is still playing on new message incoming... please help...

How do I uninstall this? Can't find info anywhere. What all database tables am I supposed to remove? Can't access the 'Access admin panel of chat', is there some sort of uninstall info?
