When adding a new friend a form is displayed allowing the user to sort that friend into existing collections using checkboxes, and create new collections by using a comma delimited list similar to tags.

Existing friends have a new option on their profile menu labeled "collections" that provides the same interface to easily modify the collections for that friend.

Additionally notifications settings can be set/updated in the same interface.
