[Elgg 1.8-1.12 & 2.X & 3.X: Extended TinyMCE] vElgg_1.8_4.0.18_r33

Release Notes

Changelog:

  • Updated to version 4.0.18 of the TinyMCE editor.
  • Hi, have you tried using the fullscreen plugin with the standard Elgg theme ? I did and found that the editors toolbar top buttons are not shown. The fullscreen mode tries to go fullscreen but should stay just under the theme header bar. The result is that users cannot go back to normal editor view.

I hope you understand what i mean.

  • @Tauvic: in earlier versions of the Extended Tinymce plugin the Fullscreen plugin was enabled. I had to exclude it for the very issue you are describing. I had no time yet to test out why exactly it does collide with the Topbar now. My guess is that it's a Tinymce v4 issue as it fails to work now also on Elgg 1.7. I won't start with modifying the Tinymce editor code though, so I'm afraid there won't be any solution for getting the Fullscreen plugin to work for now.

  • Congratulations excellent plugin helped me a lot

  • Works great. Small issue though: when I add images in the text they always stay aligned to the left side in the elgg view even though in the editor it works fine to "centralize" them.

  • @Krischan: could be a brower issue (any version of IE used?). For me (on FF) it seems to work fine. I'll try to publish a new version containing the latest version of Tinymce which might have fixed the issue but I can't promise the problem has been fixed.
