Plugin enables users of the Social web elgg to create group using "credits" written off the user's balance. Plugin designed for elgg platform version v1.5 and higher. To use the following module, pre-established Balance module is needed (smscoin_elgg_1.5_balance).
To be able to use the following module you first must register, as well as connecting to sms:bank (purse) service.
