Thank you for your quick answer to requests.

I installed new release. it was very useful.

New Wihte background is nice and useful for some pages like 'Register' that have black text but in some pages like 'Blogs' and 'Pages' hides some lines also it's hard to distinguish from 'All', 'Mine', 'Friends' which are active page.  

Also I found a bug..., I deactivate deyan shell and then click 'view site' then back to administratin and press plugin and activate again deyan shell and click on 'view site' again.

Now, when I open some windows like 'Blogs' I have another search box that located on close button on top bar.

@amin hmm, ensure that it isn't a cache problem. Try reload you page after you activate the shell, or run the elgg's upgrade script. I can't duplicate this issue, if they persist after you run upgrade please post an image showing that search box.

Hi I deleted the shell and install it again... Problem solved...

But when I deactivate and activated deyan plugin , second search box appear again...

@amin it seems to be a conflict with the header view, may be the search plugin it's below Deyan Shell, if it is, move Deyan Shell below search plugin in plugin's list

I like the shell unfortunately I am having problems with tropical theme. When I enable tropical theme and click on <apperance><theme> I get

Invalid Admin Section.

And when I disable the theme the shell works alright.

I figured it out. After activating, if you click on appearance, theme in the right panel you will get the above error.

What I do is click on view site, on your avatar right side of the topbar click and select personalize.

@CR Buzz 27 i can't reproduce your issue, but i think that it should be a cache problem, because the admin view isn't stored in the cache. Try to run elgg's upgrade script:
http://<yoursite>.com/upgrade.php

It's not a cache problem tried on different computer with different browser. Delete browser history still the problem persists.

Also how do I add the friends icon in the topbar like it is in the original elgg theme (top left)?
