Enable elgg users to upload/embed video in their elgg sites

Using the "embedvideo" library from Cash. Upload videos to youtube option available only with full version.
As Cash's plugin is not updated for 1.8 yet, the library is include with this plugin. It will be removed from the package when the "embedplugin" is updated to 1.8
