El plugin tiene las siguientes caracteristicas:
- Autenticación por medio de servicio XMPP, soporta username/email. Ejemplo: fvega, fvega@ugto.mx
- Registro de nuevo usuario deshabilitado
- Modulo de recuperación de contraseña reescrito.
El plugin usa las libreria XMPPHP http://code.google.com/p/xmpphp/, para la autenticación.
Esta diseñado para el servidor Openfire http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/openfire/.
