RTL Seashells Theme v2.2
Release Notes
Based on Seashells version 2.2- tested in Firefox 3.6.8 Chrome and IE 8(RTL version does not work well in IE 6 or 7)
Due to the way the elgg menu system is built, the icons on the Seashells Horizontal Tools Menu do not render, so for now, I have removed them.
Although Izap videos rtl is included, I have not tested it.

RTL? what is that?
RTL = Right-to-Left for languages like hebrew , Arabic etc. Not an easy task!
