Coming thick and fast right now! This is version 0.3 and 1.0 (finished product) won't be far off.
Fixed bugs in the stats box on the left not counting the right lists.Fixed bug that allowed a user to add an item to their list even though they already had it.Redesigned the listing view to reduce the need for scrolling as there is no pagination for this plugin so lists could get pretty long.Added the elggx_fivestar view to listings in case you have it on your site.

Still need to fix the page_handler. As such comments have been disabled for the moment.
Probably want to run yoursite.com/upgrade.php with this new version because of the new JQuery coding.
Please at least spend 10 seconds to write a comment after you've tried it out. It's not that much of a chore for you.

It is nice, trajan. Perhaps it could be adapted to other uses too, such as a personal space for whatever. I got a white screen when I tried to edit an entry on my non-prod site.
@paulo: that's very possible, I haven't looked at the editing function yet. I'll get onto that.
