Compatible with elgg 1.7 version 

This plugin  will overwrite some elgg files:

• header.php

It will introduce some changes like:

• cdn for default js (jquery) to speed up your app
• full jquery.ui (you can change your jquery version in the header.php)
• css at top
• obflush() to give illusion to render your site faster

Plus There is also an htaccess file:

 but you have to put it in your /webroot manually. It try to speed up caching and some more stuffs

(attention: it overwrite your default htaccess. To return back to defualt elgg htaccess, simple delete it).

TIPS:

• put this plugin at top of your elgg list plugin
