This is only showing on default plugins......i have added plus river and profile manager and other plugins..but when i add a custom spotlight settings...it is not showing there.....

I am assuming you have my plugin loading after your extended spotlight. which extended spotlight are you using, and I will look into it. I only had a default spotlight setup.

i dont have any other spotlight........although i have my footer plugin.....

Sorry, I didn't know what you meant by custom spotlight settings. Can you give me an example so I can try to debug it for you?
