How this plugin works?

When a user is registering, it will check the users username/ip/email with the "Stop forum Spam" database and if the registering users details match with the one in the database, his registration will not be succesfull.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Spamming is now a major issue in all elgg sites. Use this plugin to add the users to the Spam Data base. Before you delete your spammers, please spend one minute to add the user to the spam database, just by clicking on the user menu when you are logged in as the admin. This will prevent the registration of same spammers in all ELGG sites.
